Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The referral scheme is open to existing customers and contacts of eComPack UK.
2. How it works: Share your unique referral link or invite a friend to try eComPack. If your friend places an order using your referral, you will receive a £50 gift voucher.
3. Order requirement: Gift vouchers are only issued after the referred person completes a qualifying order. A qualifying order is a first-time purchase of eComPacks made via your referral within 6 months of being referred.
4. Reward distribution:
○ The £50 voucher will be sent to the referrer via email within 14 business days after the order is delivered and not returned.
○ Only one voucher is issued per new customer referral.
5. Multiple orders from the same company: The referral scheme is intended for new customer referrals from different individuals or organizations. If multiple orders originate from the same company, or multiple referrals for the same contact, eComPack UK reserves the right to issue a single referral reward at our discretion.
6. Fair use: This scheme is intended for genuine referrals only. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously ordered from eComPack UK. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel vouchers if fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious activity is suspected.
7. Modifications: eComPack UK reserves the right to amend or end the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
